Is an upcoming three-dimensional (3-D) puzzle video game by Jonathan Blow, an independent developer and the creator of Braid. The game was announced in August 2009 and is scheduled for release in 2012 for PC,  Xbox 360,  and PS3.  In interviews, Blow described the work as "an exploration-puzzle game on an uninhabited island."  A playable demonstration version of the game was available to play at the Penny Arcade Expo in September 2010, allowing the player to move about parts of the island and solve selected puzzles.
Gameplay for The Witness was first revealed at the 2010 Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle, Washington, and was described in-depth by Stephen Totilo of Kotaku who also posted video footage of game play witnessed at the event. The preliminary version of the game allowed players to walk about the island from a First-person Perspective Throughout the island are blue panels that players can interact with; those seen in the demonstration were primarily mazes, requiring players to draw a line from a starting point to a finish point. Other panels showed more complex mazes to be completed. Completing each panel unlocked other areas to explore or panels to complete.  Blow has stated that there is more to the game than these mazes, in response to concerns from players; to Blow, "the point is the magic that happens in the player's mind when he understands the subtle things that the mazes are saying - because the mazes aren't just puzzles, they are lines of communication that aggregate, become more complex and eventually say surprising things".

Star Wars Kinect

Is an upcoming Star Wars rail shooter video game by LucasArts and Terminal Reality and published by Microsoft Games Studios for the Xbox 360 that utilizes the Kinect motion peripheral. Intended for players of all ages, it is set to be released in the winter of 2011.
The playable character in Star Wars Kinect is a Jedi and one of several new characters who will be introduced by the game. Using the controller-free Kinect system, the player stands in front of the television and uses hands to lift and throw objects with the Force or wield a lightsaber uses body movement to drive to control X-wing Starfighters and podracers or uses a voice component to make additional commands. It takes places during the prequel trilogy timeline of the Star Wars universe.
The game also includes settings from the original trilogy such as the planet Bespin featured in Star Wars Episode V- The Empire Strikes Back.  The player will also fight Darth Vader in the game.
Microsoft Game Studios had planned to develop a Star Wars game since early in the development of the Kinect system. Kudo Tsunoda, creative director for Microsoft, said of this decision: "It's one of those things where you can see how the unique parts of Kinect can bring to life the fantasy of being a Jedi in a way no other game console or media can do."  Craig Derrick was LucasArts' lead producer on Star Wars Kinect. The visuals of the animation were augmented in such a way to make the Jedi fighting techniques appear realistic because, Derrick said: "What we found early in development is that no one wants to look like 'Star Wars Kid' in front of their friends."  The release of the game was formally announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo, on June 6, 2011, where the first gameplay trailer and portions of the game were shown.

Devil's Third

Is an upcoming 2013 third person shooter video game,  developed by Valhalla Game Studios, and published by THQ  for the Playstation 3,  and XBOX 360.  This is the first game developed by Tomonobu Itagaki, known for creating the Ninja Gaiden and Dead Or Alive franchises, after leaving Tecmo in 2008 and forming his own game studio, Valhalla Game Studios, along with other members who had left Team Ninja in 2009. This is also the first game Tomonobu Itagaki is developing for the PlayStation 3. The game is a departure from Itagaki's previous genre, fighting games, while this game is a third-person shooter instead.

The game's primary gameplay is a third-person shooter combined with deep melee and fighting systems which game director, Tomonobu Itagaki, is known for.

Though little is known about the story so far, it can be seen from concept art that the game will be taking place around the world with Asian,  European,  and American locations being illustrated in the game's concept art. The game's backstory is based on the Kessler Syndrome Story where debris built up in low-Earth orbit may collide with each other and subsequently compound which causes increased orbital collisions causing the use of space travel and satellites unfeasible.

Tomb Raider

Is an upcoming action adventure video game, and the ninth instalment of the Tomb Raider series published by Square Enix and developed by Crystal Dynamics as their fifth related franchise title. The first in a third continuation, the game is set to provide no correlation to the entirety of the previous entries in the series; a reboot that emphasizes the reconstructed origins of the cultually influential lead character Lara Croft.

Tomb Raider is scheduled for release in the autumn of 2012 for PC,  Playstation 3,  and XBOX 360.

Fresh from academy and in search of lost relics, a 21-year-old Lara Croft  journeys to an island off the coast of Japan aboard the Endurance, a salvage vessel helmed by Captain Conrad Roth. Before anchoring at bay, the ship is cleaved in two by an unforeseen storm leaving Lara separated from any other survivors and washed ashore. She must endure physical and emotional torture in order to survive theisland.

The game begins with Lara devoid of any weapons, tools or essentials such as food and water, which the player must search for in order to survive.  Sections of the island are restricted to the player until Lara is able to perform specific physical abilities achieved via a "skill system", or obtained the necessary equipment to advance.  At frequent base camps throughout the world, the player can combine pick-ups to create new items, improve Lara's abilities and/or fast travel to previously discovered base camps to avoid copious amounts of backtracking.  There is a "much larger emphasis" on combat, as instead of using a lock-on aiming system akin to previous Tomb Raiders this game will employ a manual "free aim" mechanic.
The game introduces a "survival instinct" that Lara can use to solve puzzles. It will highlight useful items for use if the player is stuck in solving a puzzle. However, Lara can only do this while standing still. Some elements of the world crumble when Lara stands on them for too long. When the player jumps to grab a ledge, Lara will no longer magnetize to the nearest ledge like in the previous instalments. The player will also be able to change direction mid-air. Puzzles will be more complex than previous titles, it will use elements of fire, water, wind, and friction. Helping hands and UI will be kept to a minimum, except for indications of burnable objects, health items, and during quick time events.

Dudebro: My Shit is Fucked Up So I Got To Shoot/Slice You II: It's Straight-Up Dawg Time

Is a top-down, 3rd-person perspective shooting game which is currently being developed by members of the NeoGAF community. The game is set to be released as a PC format game in 2011. It is intended to parody modern hardcore videogames, and contrary to its name, is not a sequel to any previously-released game title.

The game follows the story of B.R.O. Alliance Forces members John Dudebro and his sidekick, Habemus Chicken. At the start of the game a briefing with the B.R.O. General takes place, where the protagonists are shown a polaroid picture of the eye-scarred and mustachioed Pesquali on the map. Pesquali is a terrorist known to have been selling illegal weapons in the Middle East.

The game is a 3D top-down shooter presented in a 3rd person perspective, with 2D sprite-based characters in 3D environments. The player controls Dudebro's movement with the keyboard and aims with the mouse. Weapons and upgrades are available through the player environment. The gameplay is mission-based, with each map offering a certain number of missions that must be completed in order to unlock the level's boss door. Missions are accessed by touching medal-shaped markers scattered across the map and accepted in a subsequent prompt, and they can involve changes in level design, weapon sets and enemy spawns. Mission objectives can involve killing enemies, doing speedruns, saving girls, finding hidden objects or surviving for a set amount of time. Completing each mission awards the user a medal, and some of them unlock new paths in the level to give the player access to more missions or allow easier backtracking. Completed missions and levels can be replayed anytime, and unlocked paths stay unlocked in subsequent playthroughs

Saints Row: The Third

Is a nonliner third-person shooter video game  being developed by Volition inc,  and published by THQ.  It is to be released on November 15, 2011 for PC,  Playstation 3,  and XBOX 360,  It is the third and final title in the Saints Row series.  As in Saints Row 2, the player controls the leader of the Third Street Saints. The game world is the fictional city of Steelport, and the story centers around the gang war between the Saints and The Syndicate, a rivalcriminal group.

Having defeated the rival gangs of Stilwater at the end of Saints Row 2 and overthrown the influence of the Ultor Corporation, the Saints have found themselves with free rein in the city. They target a bank, attempting to airlift the vault out of it, but the alarm alerts the Stilwater PD and the Saints are incarcerated. In prison, they learn that the bank they tried to rob was owned by a huge international crime organization called the Syndicate, led by Phillipe Loren. After bribing the police, the Syndicate capture the Saints' leader, Johnny Gat, and Shaundi to try and negotiate a business plan with them, aboard Loren's private jet. While in-flight, Loren tells them they will be allowed to live if they turn over two-thirds of their territory in Stilwater. The leader of the Saints rejects this offer, and a gunfight breaks out, with the Saints being thrown from the jet; ultimately, they land safely.
With the Syndicate in full control of Stilwater, the Saints relocate themselves to the city of Steelport. Pierce is instructed to remain in Stilwater to make sure everything runs smoothly. Steelport is a city that was created as factories flourished with little city planning, and since has suffered from economic failure, contrasting the glamour of Stilwater. The Syndicate has already begun to take control of some parts of Steelport, focusing on vices like gambling and prostitution. To extend their reach, the Syndicate had divided their control of the city through three gangs. The Morning Star, lead by Loren directly, are typically European men with impeccable taste, selling guns and handling the prostitution rings. The Mexican wrestler Killbane controls the Luchadores who deal with selling drugs and gambling. The Deckers, led by Hacktivist  Matt Miller, are computer geniuses, and handle the money laundering. The Saints see the opportunity to take control of Steelport from these groups. As the gang wars intensify, a fourth group, the government trained Special Tactical Anti-Gang (STAG) units will attempt to halt any gang activity whether it be the Saints or the Syndicate.
